How to wright out Prime without killing him

Prime, no!!!

If you were Kid in the 1980, then you would know about The Transformers: The Movie and how he died after his fatal battle with his Arch nemesis Megatron, which he gave the Matrix to Ultra magnus but Rodimus became the next prime. 

The real world reasons for killing prime and many other Autobots because of the 1984 toy line was token of the shelves for the 1986 one and needed to write them out of the cartoon.But Hasbro didn’t realise how popular Prime really was and ended up resurrecting him later on, making the Optimus prime dying cliché. 

Today I’m going to show you how they could of written of prime without killing him, it would satisfy fan’s and would still let Rodimus be the leader as well as permanently reuniting Optimus prime with Elita 1.

This is how I would of written him out:

The scene in which Prime dies is altered so he fall into a coma. Making sure that if he dose kick the bucket (Which he is not meant to but prepares for) he passes the Matrix to Ultra Magnus before being put into stasis for recovery by First aid and a Pandron medic because ratchet died during the battle of Autobot city.

While Ultra Magnus's grope was going  back to Cybertron Optimus would be experiencing a dream from the matrix. Talking to the ancient bearers of the matrix via a mental link. They revel about the threat of Unicron and how to beat him.

They give prime a choice, join them in the Matrix of Leadership or go and warn Ultra Magnus, in he choses to warn Magnus and is restored to health during the same time Ultra Magnus tried to use the Matrix on Galvatron which Prime's awakening stop him from using it, Leading to Magnus temporary death.

 

Optimus wakes up and goes to tell Magnuses grope of the danger which  Rodimus recivies.He turns and is shocked to see Elita again.They sid down on a bench and Optimus expresses his desier to pass leadership to the Autobots to someone new.

 

Seeing that now Megatron Galvatron now he see fit for somewon else to lead them to victory as well as spend more time with Elita.They hugged and Prime sayss the Matrix will chose its next leader.

His last scene would be at the end in which he congratulates Rodimus prime.Rodimus offered the Matrix back to Optimus but he refused, saying its a new era in the Autobots and he will be their when rodimus needs him befgore leaving with Elita.

How this is better:

it gets rid of prime without killing him, so that fans wont have as much of a problem with him not appering in the cartoon again.

It allows people to like Rodimus more due to him be assighned byy optimus for the job at the end.

finally it allows him aand Elita be reunited
