Its no surprise that transformers have languages. Just because they can speak English doesn't mean all aliens know earth languages as their original language. Their are different types of transformers languages that they have. Here is some of them:

Cyberglyphics- Cybertron's earliest know language and in the movie continuity the language of   the Dynasty of Primes.

Cybertronix- language of the transformers in the beast era, unknow if spoken by the Autobots and Decepticons during the great war.

Cybertronian Standard-Modern languages of the transformers. and most transformers speak it.

Old Malignus-cybertronian equivalent of Portuguese, and spoken by the Malignus (from the animated continuity)

Destron-cybertronian equivalent of Japanese, and spoken by the Destrons (from the animated continuity)

 

Achient cybertronian- an achient cybertronian language that older then Cybertronian Standard but younger then Cyberglyphics.
